spoiler screw is impossible to get out 850 1995

Penetrating oil, soak, more penetrating oil.

My Jeep had a torx screw holding up the windshield bracket, the screw (T40) was totally rusty and wouldn't budge, even with an easy out and lots of drilling. I tried everything you did.
I finally drilled a very small dent near the outside of the screw head and then used a punch and hammer to move the head counter clockwise. That worked to break the screw loose and the rest was "easy".
