Rear Lower Shock mount Bolt ? C70 1998

I am trying to get my 1998 C70 back on the road, the guy putting the suspension on says I am missing the bolts and grommet that is used to hold the rear shock through its bottom mount. Does anyone know where to get this part and the part number or know the dimensions of this bolt ??? (Is it a different part number for driver's and passenger rear?)

From the diagram I got at the dealership it looks like it passes horizontally through the bottom of the rear shock.

I called FCPGroton and they were of no help, after searching their website. I went to Dyer and Dyer in Atlanta they said it was part of the suspension and could not be ordered separately. Any help is greatly, greatly appreciated.
