Thanks for the input, I am going to try a few things as while replacing the lower A arm I noticed that there was a butcher under the car who (sort of) did the wiring. The car looks as if it is on the second motor since all of the wires have been obviously messed with. The car runs strong, and is squeaky clean top and bottom. (even the motor) If I don't figure it out over the holiday I will give it to the local Volvo dealer.
