How to flush the tranny? 850

I went to the dealer and picked up a new spring clamp, the old one looked rusty. When I replaced the oil cooler lines, same clamps, I had 2 new clamps. Good thing because after removing the old clamps, they had lost their tension.

Caution when flushing: The fluid pumps out real fast. Turn the engine off when the fluid gets close to the 2 quart level. You do NOT want to pump fluid until you get bubbles, that intruduces air into the pump and stresses it.

Take your time pouring 2 quarts back in, it goes in very slowly, very, very slowly.

Do warm up the tranny with a 2 mile drive, you do not want the fluid too hot. You could melt the plastic milk jugs!
