damage to rear control arms from lazy tech using his own jack points to lift the car V70-XC70 2000

Sooooo... i got a good deal on tires at sears and figured why not let these guys put em on for me (despite my tendency to only let competent folk put my car on a lift) , so i show up while the car is on the lift and the guy has the rear being held up by the control arms not to mention the smashed mudflaps. so i'm wondering A. what kind of damage can something like this cause . i know he fouled up something in the front too because the front passenger door is now 1/8 of an inch higher than it was when i dropped the car off, if i hadn't just washed it i may not have noticed. any help is always appreciated.
