Re: Shift lock solenoid 850 1994 Turbo

Oops, I forgot. You do not have to pull the knee bolster to access the switch. You just have to remove the bottom panel (3 Torx screw to removed).

Also, if you see +13V on both side of the solenoid when the brake pedal is pressed and the shift lever is in park position, this is wrong. One side should be ground and the other side should be +13V. This looks exactly like my problem. If I remember correctly, the ground is provided thru the brake pedal switch. I will confirm tonight.
