Re: bumper guard V70-XC70 1998

We're all screwed. Ever since chrome went out and "monochromatic" european look came in, these painted bumpers have become anything but bumpers.

I've seen some stupid looking protectors that go on the corners. I don't think that would help with what happened to you, me and every single car regardless of price that's parked daily in NYC parking garages.

I tell you, it's a darned shame. I live in the Metro NYC area where there are a LOT of expensive cars that commute to the city daily. And every one of them, bar none, has all kinds of chips in the rear bumpers. I'm talking S500 MBs, Jag convertibles, 7 series Bimmers. What gets me is that all those people drive around in 80,000 cars and tolerate this!

Oh well, the cost of living/working in NYC.
