Vacuum diagrams for 94 850 T5 850

if anyone has one i'd love to take a look at it ... backstory:

having a surge/lag issue - have replaced intake hoses (one was rotten through and survived on a silicone caulking implant over the winter), reattached the clamp which holds the turbo housing to the exhaust top flange - these fixes have somewhat improved the performance but under load (acceleration, up hills, AC on) there is still a noticeable, regular lag (v. small drop in revs noticeable <250rpm) - i'm hoping that a trace and replace of potentially bad vacuum components might cure the problem ...
