Frozen brake cable 850

Klaus - How are you trying to remove the rear seat bottom?

The wire frame is held by a C-shaped socket that faces up on each side.

Under normal circumstances, the seat must be pushed back about 1/2 inch - it takes a firm push to do it - BUT it is possible to push too hard and move the wire into the back of the C and the seat will not lift.

Try to lift the seat as you push it back - push about a foot from the outer ends of the seat.
