'95 850 Turbo barely running 850

Last night, on the way home in 0°F weather, our 130k mi. 855T suddenly begain to lose power. It will still start and run, but stumbles badly at any attempt at accelation, or more than a very tiny throttle opening. Idle is a little rough as well. Checked codes in A2 and 232 was the only one set. This same tank of fuel has run fine for the first 100 mi.

When the started, the instant fuel mileage also dropped from 24 to 15mpg

Any idea where to start?
