Fixed... I think... 850 1994

Okay, so I pulled the FI rail, cleaned the bejesus out of the injectors and seals, reseated those ring gaskets in the manifold, checked all the vacuum connections... re-assembled and then started the car for a bit.

Still running rough, but warmed it up okay. I shut it down and pulled codes.

This time I got a 1-1-3 (old) and then a 5-1-2 (new)... so too lean... too rich.

I cleared the codes, restarted the engine and did not get a CEL back on the dash. Warmed it up entirely, drove it around for a while (confirming the odometer is working) and the CEL stayed away.

I think I managed to fix that issue. On to the next problem.
