Factory CD reading : Err 02 850 '93

Anybody have any idea how to correct this? I took it to shop once and they didn't charge me ( did charge for other services ). I heard that with that type error there was a reset button somewhere. Pulled the radio and couldn't find the reset. HELP can't live w/o my cd-changer , it is a long commute to work.
