Power windows S70 1999

Hi,
I have replaced two master switches in my 99 s70. Problem is only the drivers side window works.
I have checked all of the fuses. All are ok. It appears that I am not getting power to the other window switches. Could this be related to the ignition switch?
Any other thoughts that might make this occur? I doubt that the 3 motors could be burned out. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
