Strange noise from rear suspension. 850 93

I have 130k miles on my 93 850. During a recent trip I noticed a rather load clunk/grinding noise from the right rear suspension over larger bumps in the freeway..... nothing from the left side. The trunk was loaded with family gear however, I have never noticed this before. Any ideas out there before I go tearing into things? Broken/worn shock? Broken spring? The car handles fine, sits level and does not exhibit anything like this at other times. The only recent work has been new tires (stock size, 195/60-15).

Thanks!
