Left and right side have 20 degree difference V70-XC70 2007

You may be absolutely right about the blend door thing. All I know is that I'm not the first one here on the BB or MVS that experienced unbalanced temp due to a low charge. It must have something to do with the way the gas flows through the evaporator.

I believe there are also situations where the controls need to be recalibrated however I'm not versed on the procedure. Maybe others have done that.
