Now that sounds like it could be a CV joint that is starting to lock up. Also, for peace of mind, check both inner and outer tie rods on both sides of the car. Long shot is a tie rod joint locking up. Bad tie rods can be dangerous! Don’t mess around with them. Replace! I’d start there and then move on to the rest of the front end if you don’t find anything.

Do you also hear a clicking sound when turning the wheel? If so, that is a CV joint shouting at you.

What parts have you replaced on your front end?
