Ask your Retailer to check if you are eligible for the software download that has been issued in a previous service bulletin regarding the 5-speed auto transmission for MY00 V70R and V70 T5 for improving shifting quality. They may tell you that the download is only for V70R since an extremely limited number (handful) of 2000 V70 T5s were imported in the US. Just tell them that the download applies to both.
