second rear fog light

In my opinion only a jerk or a fool would do such a thing.

Why don't you just install a set of headlights on the rear to really freak people out.

Are you one of the idiots who never turn of the fog lights just to blind and annoy other drivers too?

Smarter folks then you installed the lights like they did for a reason. Please use it as designed.
