MY CAR IS A LEMON S40-V40 2001

I am sorry you are having so many problems, I hope I don't see the problems on my S40. A co-worker of mine bought a 2000 S40 that kept filling up the front passenger foot well with water when the A/C ran for awhile (we are in Alabama so the A/C runs alot), after the much bitching with the dealer (and many months of non-use of the car while the dealer tried to fix it), the dealer gave him an new S40. The new car had the same problem (and a few others) and after more bitching, they gave him an S60 (what a deal!). The moral of the story is to really become a pain in the rear for the dealer and they will find a solution that suits you.
