power steering fluid S40-V40

All:

Did anybody notice that there are some power steering fluid flows out
of the steering fluid container? I noticed that when I opened the hood
to check the engine oil. The lid is closed tightly and when I open the
top, the fluid level is quite high. All the surrounding area are "wet"
including the surface of the pipe that comes out from the bottom of the
container. I feel that the fluid is overflown from the top.

Does anybody have similar situation? My car is 2 years old.

Thanks in advance.
