Volvo Error Codes

Well, I finally borrowed an EZLink OBD-II scanner and got the following errors. 1) P0440 Evaporative Emission Control System. (This I've seen before on the car and causes my "Check Engine" lamp to illuminate, but does not seem to affect the car's performance.
2) P0171 System Too Lean
3) Glow Plug Heater Circuit "A" Malfunction.

Can someone help me to understand what I need to do to correct these? Getting tired of all these problems...Thanks, Joe
