wrong passenger seat S40-V40 2000

Jonas, I doublechecked at work today, and your car does have a quick release feature on the backrest, but only to fold it foreward and lay it flat to get more load space for long items. There are 2 levers at the rear of the seat, near the base of the backrest. Both must be tripped together, and the seat folds foreward. However, the seat has to be all the way back, and the manual recline knob turned all the way foreward. Then the seatback tucks under the dash and lays flat. I used to have a 72 145, with the quick release levers. Got rear ended once, and the seat reclined rather quickly. And the locks constantly loosened, and had to be adjusted. I prefer the current type.
