How do you report a dealer related problem S70

Does anyone know the process for reporting unsolved problem that a Volvo dealership refuses to correct. Does Volvo has regional reps? They soaked my carpet with antifreeze when that damaged the heater core changing the evaporator and sent it out to have steam cleaned, but didn't get all the grease out and they refuse to do anything to correct this issue. Any assistance would be great to have so I can stick it to these incompentent bunch of idiots.
