I'd say: 945T

Totally different cars even though made by the same car company. If it were me, both were turbo and both were in very good condtion, I'd opt for the 945T as it'll be cheaper and easier to maintain in the long run plus it's got more cargo space. I have an older 745T that I've had for 8 yrs now and plan to keep it at least another 10 yrs, no plans to get rid of it for something newer. If winter driving is a concern, put 4 good snows on it and you'll go anywhere the SUVs and FWDs are going.
