Center console wiring 850 1993

There might be an issue in that I don't have the stock radio - I had a pioneer installed a few months ago so access is a bit more difficult, and the wiring probably won't match the volvospeed.com diagrams. I know there is plenty of wiring running directly under the open slot where I want to install the switch since the controls for the window and seats are in the same cluster. It seems like there should be a way to splice right into those wires for both a power source and a ground (or maybe into the cigarette lighter wiring?). I don't have any specific plans for the switch yet - mostly I am just curious to know which wires are which and on top of that I want to have the swith there and ready for something to be plugged into. It might seem a bit silly, but in the future when I want to add an accessory that needs a switch I would like to be able to simply attach it and run with it. Make sense?
