Bought one!

Bay 13 says replace the belt and inspect the tensioners.
The dealer has them in stock and will replace as needed.
I guess the indie assumes they need replacing and orders
them. (I've faced this dilema myself wondering what I do
if I find the tensioner leaking when I replace it myself).
At any rate, at the 70K mark the tensioner is probably fine.

Don't replace the water pump unless it has an obvious problem.
They rarely fail.

Indie hops may be hurting in this economy. Mine hired a
service writer who tries to get me to replace all kinds of
stuff (including the water pump at 60K "cause they go all
the time"). I once trusted this shop and gave them my business.
I no longer do since the service writer guy started.
