Ready for Battery #3 850 1996

It appears we're ready to replace the battery again. I've seen plenty of threads on replacement batteries, but am looking for best advice.

We used a Volvo replacement last time. Like everyone, I'd love fit to be perfect and for it to last longer than this last Volvo-branded battery and perform well during its lifetime. I also want to know that the quality of a mass-produced replacement battery is the same, regardless of which plant produced it.

For some reason I'm "juiced" by the idea of the Optima in that while it's not the same as the small Westco I got 2x for a Miata, it's similar in that it's sealed and it has some special technology (and the cca's are reportedly high).

Thoughts?
