Electrical Problems????? Anyone else having them C70

I have a 2000 HT coupe and am starging to have electrical problems. I have heard that Volvo is famous for them and am starting to get nervous about continuing to own this car. Its only got 25000 miles on it.

The problems Im having are first, the interior dome light comes on whenever I move the steering column. It will stay on if I lock it back down in the right spot, otherwise it will turn off if locked in another position. In addition, sometimes my blinkers dont blink but rather stay on, same goes for the hazzards. This seems to be fixed only when I sharply jab the hazzard button.

Any comments or experiences would be appreciated.
