Just changed timing belt. Now noise 850

I just had my timing belt changed. But now I am getting a slight sweaking noise whenever I put the car into gear. It is not very noisy, but noticable. What is causing it? Also I have just replace another set of warped front rotors. But this time I also replaced the front 2 calipers hoping the problem will not appear again. Any other suggestions to why my rotors keep warping? I do hear an occasional popping noise comming from the front left wheel well at stop lights sometimes.

1996 Volvo 850 Base, only option onboard is an automatic transmission, but I still love it.
