'97 850 T5. A\C dose not work 850

I have a '97 850 T5. A\C dose not work. When I start the engine A\C switch light blink 37 times,(for 45 seconds).
When I start the engine with A\C on, Compressor run for few seconds and turns off. Evean I turn the A\C switch on & off the compressor dose not work until I start the engine again. I did bypass the Low-pressure switch plug (by jumper wire)but still the same. Added 2 cans of R134(9.5 Oz each)
