Trans problem 850 1993

I had the same problem..1995 850 Turbo

Here's what I did....First, pull the VSS out of the transmission and clean it.
They get pretty dirty over time.

Second, goto Socket A-7 and push the button 3 times. This manually makes all the instrument gauges work. If they don't move...Its your cluster..!!!

From what I understand, there is a printed circuit board in there that can go bad. Be carful, things can break very easy in there..!!
