Trac ABS light on... ignition switch bad? 850

In our 96 855 the ABS and trac light has come on occasionally and jiggling around the key in the ignition would make it shut off. Now the light is back on and jiggling doesn't work. Might the thing finally have given out and the switch gone bad?

Another thought is I remember someone who rebuilt ABS controllers. Does anyone have the contact info?
