CrankShaft Pulley 850 1993

I am wondering if anyone can tell me how to remove the crank shaft pulley. I am trying to replace my front oil seal while doing the timing belt. The haynes manual talks about a bracket you make out of angle iron and mount it to the 4 bolts that hold the pulley on. They don't have a picture so I am not sure what they mean. Does anyone have any advice? My car is sitting in the garage wheels off and I go back to work in 2 days so I need my car back. Any advice, pictures would be greatly appreicated.

Thanks,

Anton
