Gas door fell off in my hand, 2001 V70 T5, how to fix?

2001 V70, T5 Gas Door.
Folks, My gas door fell off in my hand yesterday at the gas station and a little plastic part fell to the ground. I think the black plastic mounting assembly attached to the car has broken off some "tabs" or other parts. Is there an online source for a new mounting piece? If so, how do you go about getting the old one off? I took apart the side panel and there is no access from the interior. Looking under the car and up into the side panel I can see no attachment location. Is it a press fit? There are some numbers molded into the piece itself, 9483545 and a 18914. Is the 9483545 the part no.? Thanks!
