Return the bushing to dealer and tell them you are not

ok..heres the low down..i put a volvo one in using some 10mm bolt, two nuts, some washers and somw wodden disks cut out of 3/4" pine...

i DID reduce the diameter marginally using some oxide sand paper (and increase the taper on the end) and i DID grease it before insertion....

IF i had to do it again i would go genuine again, but would use my lathe (didnt have it then) to skim a couple of thou off the diameter...

honesty it IS possible, took me maybe an hour of swearing before i took the time to make the disks up to fit..then took 10 mins...no special tools, not built like a gorila...
