Oil leak bottom of turbo. Not turbo oil return. 850 1997

Was under my 850 light pressure turbo wagon changing the engine oil, when I noticed this oil drip coming off the bottom of the turbo on the intake side. The turbo oil return line was not the culprit. It sits off to the side and was dry. I removed the airbox to change out my distributor cap, and while it was out looked down from the top. On the top of the hose where it makes a bend into the end of the turbo I could see several small vacuum lines going into it, and around them it was dark (but not wet) with oil. Where is this oil coming from, and is it from one of those small lines on top of the larger one, or from condenscing oil fumes inside the larger air intake hose? And what do I have to do to stop it, if possible? Dick
