Cruise control won't function 850 1996

You might also check the vacuum line that is around the throttle cable. I know that on my wife's old 740 one day the cruise didn't work after it had just worked the week before. I remembered that I had checked the transmission fluid a couple of days earlier and I must have knocked the vacuum hose lose. Plugged it in and it worked just fine.
