Obtaining service history from Volvo...which dealerships will give complete history? S70 1998

Unfortunatly the only warranty repair info that we get from Volvo is the labor op. code that was claimed on the vehicle and does not always reflect what all was done.Note that this is only warranty claims.Volvo does not keep repair records that are paid for by the customer(nor does any other manufacture that I know of). We dealerships are not privvy to other records as we are all separate businesses.
