P0128 'Coolant temp too low' V70-XC70 2001

The check engine light is on my 2001 V70XC. I pulled the code and it's a "P0128 - coolant thermostat (coolant temp too low)". The temperature gauge comes up to normal temperature, but I still have the code.

I'm coming up on 60k, and will change the coolant soon anyway. Should I just go for the thermostat and see if that fixes the problem or is it usally a connector to the temperature sensor or the sensor itself?

Thanks!

Greg
