One word. Mintex!! S40-V40 2000

That's exactly what I used, a cheap 6in C-clamp.

Placed the rotating head of the threaded bolt on the center of the piston with the base of the clamp on the back of the caliper. Tightened just a little, backed off, then cranked down and it spun back with no effort. Try turning the piston clockwise with a vise-grip or something beforehand to see if it frees up.

Then flush your brake fluid. Don't need the old stuff causing corrosion.
