Transmission shifting problem S40-V40 2001

My 2001 V70 T5 Auto has a similar problem at ~ 20 MPH. I had the fix you mention done a couple yrs ago. It came back. No harshness otherwise. I don't think the RPMs go up that much but might if I didnt back off throttle when happens.

I recently took to my indy mechanic for "opinion" as didnt seem right to me.
He didnt feel was anything unusual when he drove. Actually said trans seems smoother than most cars he works on.

Not sure how to proceed but clearly doesn't feel right to me. Most of my driving is 65-75 MPH highway so havent persued it further as yet.

My wifes 2001 S60 Auto is smooth as silk all speeds, which makes me sure mine is "different"
