Diagnostic jumper wire 850 1994

The wire for the pin that goes in the diagnostic sockets has just about broken off from use over time. Is there a way to get a replacement pin that I can put on the end of the wire when it finally breaks off? There is only a couple of strands of the wire stil connecting the pin. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
