Need advice ASAP V50 2005

Keeler Volvo was my first call after all the trouble started at Nemith. They were only too happy to get my business, and will be ordering a car for me.
It has been 8 days since I sent a letter to the owner and the GM of Nemith, with a copy to Volvo North America, detailing my complaint about my experience at Nemith. I haven't heard from any of them, so my next step is to contact the Better Business Bureau. I also filed a complaint with the Attorney General.
Will keep you all posted. Thanks for the comments and support.
