OBD Code questions - o2 sensor V70-XC70 2000

v70m 2000 140k

My pop has had a check engine light on, that has been on for a while now. He has had some stalling issues and coming to a stop, when the clutch is in, the rpm go waaay down, about 250, sometimes it stalls but usually it goes back to 1000.

He just changed the plugs on the car and they were “white”. My brother in law, ran a scan on the car and came up with these codes. But we do not know were to cross check them. I found some codes on "Bay13" but they said 850, ideas will they work on the v70?

PO135
o2 sensor, bank 1 sensor 1

PO101
air flow out of range.

Does this mean that I need an oxygen sensor? Will that clear up both of these codes? Ideas on how do reset the computer? If it is an o2 sensor, our local volvo dealer quoted us $250 and they do not keep them in stock. IPD doesn’t carry them for a non-turbo v70. Any other thoughts on where to get one?
