MadeinJapan--I don't know why a magnet would gradually come loose and kind of lightly bang back and forth as your accelerated and stopped, until months later it sounded like a one-ounce piece of plastic or metal sliding back and forth across a six-inch surface, but I will go for it. Can I pry up the speaker cover and get at this little hummer without having to take off the whole dashboard? How do I get that speaker cover up and the speaker removed without doing too much violence to the edges of the vinyl? Dick
