Transmission codes 3-3-2 and 3-2-3, Flashing Arrow 850

My transmission arow is now flashing all the time. Even when the ignition is turned on, and engine is not cranked yet, it is already flashing.
The stored A1 codes are 3-3-2 (Lock-up slips or not engaged) and 3-2-3 (Solenoid SL open-circuit or control module (CL) fault.).

After clearing codes, the flashing arrow diappears, but gets back soon.

The transmission itself behaves normally, shifts fine, no limp-home mode, fuel economy is not affected.

What does this mean? Just a glits to ignore or a serious problem coming?
