Hello,

The Buld Failure Indicator works as follows. If there is different current draw on the same circuit, it is ON. Examples:
- burned out bulb
- bulbs from different mfg (Osram vs GE vs Phillips etc.)with different filament resistances (measured in Ohm).
- corroded sockets...clean them with fine sand paper and spray a bit of WD-40 into the socket.'
