coolant leeking S70 2000

My 98 T5 (95 K miles) just had the coolant reservoir tank replaced. Had a crack on the side that became apparent when coolant was filled up and engine was hot and I opened the hood to inspect. Could see the mist and findley realized it was from the reservoir. I also found this is a common failure.
