Interior lighting fuse keeps on blowing.. 850

My interior light fuse has blown several times.. something is obviously shorting out..if the rocker switch is left in the on position of the door position the seatbelt warning bell continues to chime even after the car has been started.. I think I have narrowed the problem down to the rocker switch on the dome lights.. when the rocker switch in my seat warmers faile dthey too shorted out..
Help, i need as much info as possible for the mechanic on tuesday..
