$7000 for 100+ miles is the top end. Most people want an auto, but a 5 speed is better. If it has cloth, even better, the leather tends to wear faster. You should be able to get it for $6K.
a 70 is just an upgraded 850, so most of the fixes are the same. The brake pads are different, but still easy to do. The timing belt changed during the 98 year. 105K for the new ones and 70K for the old ones.
Same fuel requirements as for the 850.
